Impact Assessments
We need to ensure that the way we deliver our services and carry
out our functions does not adversely affect particular groups of
people.
We do this by:
- Putting monitoring systems in place where this is feasible and
regularly analysing the information produced
- Reviewing in detail the way we carry out each key function at
least once every three years
- Involving our Independent Advisory Group members (members of
the community) and staff network representatives in those
reviews.
- Publishing outcomes of the reviews and actions to be
addressed
The reviews are overseen by our Diversity Unit and summaries of
the outcomes and are published as PDF documents
below.
