Update

Cycle thefts are still on the increase in the Chelmsford area. Please ensure that your bicycle is secured, whenever you leave it. We would suggest that you have your bicycle tagged (chipped), and use a 'D' lock. You can find out how to get your bicycle tagged (chipped) on the Internet.

Check our events page for dates of our beat surgeries that are held at Morrisons Supermarket and Melbourne Parade Post Office. Our PCSOs are there to advise, support and give crime prevention.

During the winter months, we make regular checks on the vulnerable people within our community. Can you please do your bit by checking on vulnerable family or neighbours.

You can take action in a number of ways to help make your neighbourhood a safer place to live, work and visit.
