partners to tackle local problems. Harlow North is part of the
Harlow district and covers areas including Mark Hall, Old Harlow,
Temple Fields and Harlowbury.

SGT Steven Wright (Collar number 2446)
Hello, my name is Steven Wright and I am a Sergeant on the
Neighbourhood Policing Team in Harlow. I have over twenty years
policing experience working for Essex Police. I started my policing
career in Saffron Walden and have since worked at Braintree,
Epping, Loughton and Harlow. I have a broad policing background
serving in uniform throughout my service. I have worked as both a
Response Officer as well as more recently on the local
Neighbourhood Policing Team, as one of the local Sergeants
supervising a small dedicated team of Police officers and Police
Community support officers. I look forward to the challenge and
continued work to improve the community by reducing crime and anti
social behaviour. I intend to work with my team to develop local
contacts and policing plans and to serve the local residents and
wider community of Harlow. I am committed to my current role and
look forward to the challenge ahead.

Hello, my name is Rob Cox and I am a Sergeant on the
Neighbourhood Policing Team. I have 24 years policing experience,
and have in the past been a training officer and a dog handler as
well as Response and Neighbourhood officer at Constable and Sgt
rank. We have a committed team of officers and together we intend
to maintain a visible and accessible service to address your
Neighbourhood issues. We share strong links with partners in our
local services and the council, as well as local businesses and we
will look to continue forging new links in the community.

Hello, my name is Lee Phillips; I am a Police Community Support

Old Harlow: Parking issues round all Schools.

All schools have been visited and letters have been sent to
parents advising them of the concerns that have been raised over
illegal and dangerous parking. Police patrols during school drop
off and collection times are ongoing and parking offences are being
dealt with.

Local Priority
Old Harlow, High Street: Nuisance youths and anti-social
behaviour.
Raised on 01/11/2012
Police have obtained an ASBO on one of the youths identified as
being responsible for numerous incidents of anti-social behaviour
in and around the High Street. This youth is now banned from the
area of the High Street. Police patrols are still on going.
