District commander update

I'm delighted to take on the role of district commander and pleased
to have stepped into a position that already has such strong links
with Tendring District Council and the Crime and Disorder Reduction
Partnership.
My aim is to continue to build on the good work the teams across
the district have been involved in, particularly around anti-social
behaviour. It’s unfair when a small minority ruin a neighbourhood
for other residents, and officers will deal firmly with any
individual found behaving inappropriately.
I'm keen for residents who have any concerns about any
suspicious incidents in their area to get in touch. If you have
seen something which doesn’t seem quite right, please contact your
local neighbourhood policing team. We take all information
seriously and will deal swiftly with any intelligence given to
us.
It’s vital that we all work together as a community to ensure
that Tendring remains a popular destination for visitors, and a
safe place to live for residents.
