Tickets for Essex Police’s annual carol concert in Colchester are now on sale.
The Christmas Cracker Concert will be held at Charter Hall on Saturday, December 12, starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £1 and all funds will be donated to Help for Heroes and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
The concert will feature Essex Police Band and Colchester Royal Grammar School’s choir and big band. It will be compered by Eastern divisional commander, Chief Superintendent Tim Newcomb.
Chief Supt Newcomb said: “It’s always a great pleasure to be involved in the concert every year and we’re delighted to have the chance to raise money for these charities.
“The intention of the concert is to thank the people of Colchester including Neighbourhood Watch, traders and policing partners for another year of working together to make the town a safe and pleasant place to live, especially over the festive season.”
Tickets are available from the box office at the Charter Hall on 01206 282020. |
