Brought to Justice

As part of our commitment to the Policing Pledge, we aim to give you information about offenders convicted of their crimes.



Brought to Justice is a partnership formed between Essex Police and the Crown Prosecution Service in Essex to tell you about those found guilty and sentenced to terms of imprisonment at crown court.

Adults given custodial sentences of two years or more at a crown court in Essex will have their name, photograph and details of the crime they committed published on both the Essex Police and Crown Prosecution Service websites. 

This information is made available for a limited period in order to promote the openness, transparency and accountability of the criminal justice system to the people it serves. This information is made available solely on the basis that it is for the individual use of the person who has accessed this page. The information on this page must not be stored, recorded, republished, or otherwise processed without the explicit agreement of Essex Police.
