Can you identify who this is?
Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to
interview in connection with an attempted fraud in Harlow.
At approximately 3pm on Friday November 25, 2011, at Wickes
Building Supplies in Howard Way, a man attempted to fraudulently
obtain goods.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Pc Stuart Hidden
at Harlow police station on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on
