Who is this?

Police are appealling for witnesses in relation to the theft of a dog from outside the Nisa shop in St John's Road, Clacton-On-Sea at 1:23pm on Sunday, April 10, 2011.

The dog is a silver-back long-haired Yorkshire Terrier and was tied to a post by a 30ft white bungee rope. The dog was wearing a black studded diamond collar.

The male suspect who is described as a white male, aged in his 30s and of slim build with short dark hair. He was wearing sunglasses, a sleeveless cream coloured cardigan over a blue shirt, blue jeans and white trainers.
