Who is this man?
Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man they
wish to speak to in connection with a theft from the One Stop
convenience store, The Stow, Harlow.
At 9.50am on Monday, January 17, 2011, a man entered the store,
selected various items from display and left without making any
attempt to pay.
The suspect is described as a fat white man, aged 40 to 50,
wearing a black beanie hat, black bomber jacket with a large rip on
the right side.
