Who is this woman?

Police have issued a CCTV image of a woman they would like to speak to in connection with a theft in Brentwood.

At approximately 2.50pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at the ATM, HSBC Bank, High Street, Brentwood, the victim went to draw out cash, but the machine was slow to dispense.

Whilst the victim went in store to speak with staff, it is believed the cash dispensed and a woman walked past and took the waiting cash.
