Total of 39 people arrested at Dale Farm
Police have arrested five people on the second day of the site
clearance at Dale Farm.
Since activity began on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, a
total of 39 people have been arrested.
One woman has been charged, 20 people have been bailed
pending further investigation and one has been released
with no further action. A total of 17 remain in
custody.
A 26-year-old woman from Hounslow has been charged
with failing to remove a face covering under the Criminal Justice
and Public Order Act. She has been bailed to Southend Magistrates'
Court on November 2, 2011.
A 34-year-old man has been released with no further
action
The following people have been released on bail pending further
investigation:
1. A woman (no age given), from London E8 arrested for
obstructing a Pc has been released on police bail to return to
Basildon police station on December 5, 2011.
2. A 19-year-old man from Aylesbury arrested for violent
disorder has been bailed to Basildon police station on October 27,
2011.
3. A 26-year old man, originally from Germany, no details
given, arrested for public order bailed to Basildon police
station on October 27, 2011.
4. A 48-year-old man of no fixed address arrested
for obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Basildon police
station on December 5, 2011.
5. A woman (no age given) from Bridport, Dorset arrested
for obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to return to Basildon
police station on December 19, 2011.
6. A 37-year-old woman from Beccles, Suffolk arrested for
obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Basildon police station on
December 19, 2011
7. A 23-year-old woman, from north London arrested for
obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Basildon police
station on December 20, 2011.
8. A 28-year-old man from Sherborne, Dorset arrested for
obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Southend police station on
December 19, 2011.
9. A 25-year-old woman (no address given) arrested for
obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Southend police station on
December 19, 2011.
10. A 29-year-old woman from Cambridge arrested for
obstructing bailiff has been bailed to Southend police station
on December 19, 2011.
11. A 40-year-old man from Cambridge arrested for
obstructing a bailiff has been bailed to Basildon police station on
December 19, 2011.
12. A 31-year-old woman from Leeds arrested for obstructing a
