Brush up on your detective skills at Essex Police Museum
Aspiring young police detectives can brush up on their skills at
Essex Police Museum on August 18.
The ‘become a police detective’ event will give children a
chance to write in invisible ink, learn about fingerprints and make
a detective door hanger.
Museum curator Becky Wash said: “Detectives have a fascinating role
in policing. They search for clues using many methods, including
fingerprints and the use of DNA.
“We want to give children an insight into being a detective while
making it fun.”
This event is hands-on learning for children aged five and
over.
Visitors are welcome at Essex Police Museum, Police HQ,
Sandford Road, Chelmsford, CM2 6DN between 11am and 4pm.
