Night vision goggles
Officers based in rural areas have an extra tool at their
disposal to help fight crime – night vision goggles.
The goggles help police officers and PCSOs search for suspects in
darkness and are especially useful in large open spaces.
PCSO Moira Kennedy works at Kelvedon Hatch, an area surrounded by
farms and fields.

night vision is helping her and her colleagues spot potential
poachers and thieves.
