Catching up with new recruits

Last year we followed two of our new recruits through their training at Essex Police College.

After a testing 20 weeks of exams, hands on practical learning and mock scenarios, Pc Ross Evins and Pc Roxanne Wicks ‘passed out’ as trainee officers and were posted to work on division to continue their development alongside experienced police officers.

Pc Evins was posted to Basildon and Billericay while Pc Wicks became based in Colchester.
