Police search team
Meet Pc Dawn Jones. She works at the Chelmsford Area
Investigation Team but volunteers as a specialist search officer
alongside her normal duties.
She and a team of other trained officers, known collectively as
POLSA, are called upon to carry out detailed searches of specific
areas as part of crime, missing person and counter terrorism
investigations.

team colleagues work together to carry out detailed and methodical
searches of land and buildings.
