Service Desk Analysts
37 hours per week Chelmsford or Maidstone
Starting salary from £21,780
As an IT Services Service Desk Analyst your role will be to
provide first line technical advice and guidance to customers
throughout the Essex & Kent Police Force(s).

30 hours per week (part-time), 24/7 shift pattern Chelmsford
Starting salary £17,361 (pro rata), plus 20% shift
allowance and additional weekend working enhancements
Our Control Room in Chelmsford is open 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year and provides a service for anyone who wishes
to contact Essex police.
Working here can be unpredictable and sometimes challenging, but
always very worthwhile. You could deal with the most important call
of someone's life.
As a Communications Officer when you pick up the phone, you have
no idea who's calling. It could be someone who wants to report an
abandoned car or someone who's just been seriously assaulted.
