Help in Essex

Never be afraid to ask for help.

There are lots of charities and organisations that can offer support and guidance but they can’t do that until you make the first step and contact them.

If you decide not to speak to the police, please don’t suffer in silence. Think about contacting an organisation that can help you.

A simple call can be just that. It doesn’t have to mean leaving home, separation or court proceedings but a friendly voice and an open ear.
