SMSR are conducting a telephone survey with Essex residents

Essex Police and the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex have commissioned Social and Market Strategic Research Company (SMSR) to seek the views of Essex residents about crime and policing.  This feedback provides us with an independent, robust and in-depth assessment of public perceptions of policing across the county and help us to identify where we need to make improvements, so that the public of Essex receive the best possible policing service.
