Camera Activation statistics for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 Financial Years including the traffic light location which recorded the most drivers going through a red light.

Provides the following: - The numbers of Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPS) issued and the numbers of vehicles seized for not having valid insurance - 2021 to 2023. - The numbers of uninsured drivers sent for prosecution or given a conditional offer - 2017 to 2022. - The numbers of vehicles seized for not having valid insurance in 2019 and 2020.

Provided the total number for activations by camera site name for 2019 and 2020 and the breakdown of these where no action was taken because the vehicle was an Emergency Vehicle, had a Foreign Number Plate or Other reason.

Provided the numbers of Notices of Intended Prosecution issued for three vehicle exhaust system related offences between 2018 and 2023. Also provided links to three relevant policies and procedures.
