Confirmed it is not possible to establish the average response time or percentage of dog bite incidents that are dealt with by a Community Resolution Order (CRO).

Data is provided on the offences recorded by Essex Police under the Home Office code ‘008/21 Owner of a dog allowing it to be dangerously out of control in public place and cause injury'. It is broken down by financial year and outcome type between 2017 and 2024.
