If disclosure or postal charge is applicable, details will be provided by Information Rights Unit and payment must be cleared before disclosure will be made.

With the exception of requests made by the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB), third‑party personal data will not be disclosed for the purpose of validating an insurance claim.
Where supplementary information falls outside the scope of the above disclosure (for example, third‑party details), this may be requested for the purposes of civil litigation, such as compensation claims. Additional fees will apply in such cases. Where relevant information is held, you will be informed of its availability and the applicable fees at the point of disclosure.

- Cheques are no longer accepted by the section.
- Details of how to pay and unique reference to be quoted will be sent to applicants in the correspondence acknowledging receipt of the application. If ID reference is not provided within the payment reference disclosure response will be delayed.
