Please could you share with me the number of penalties issued from 2016 to present, broken down by year (calendar year ideally), and broken down by the following motorway-specific traffic offences?
1. Drive in reverse or wrong way on slip road
2. Drive in reverse or wrong way on motorway
3. Drive off carriageway (central reservation or hard shoulder)

Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) places two duties on public authorities. Unless exemptions apply, the first duty at Section 1(1)(a) is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a request is held.
