The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) places two duties on public authorities:
Unless exemptions apply, the first duty (at Section 1(1)(a) is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a request is held.

Information Request
I am writing to request information regarding the number of residential noise disturbances and residential noise complaints reported in the Essex district between January 1st 2018 and April 18th 2023.

All data has been collated using STORM - Command and Control system
Unable to distinguish whether the incidents occurred in residential areas but can say whether urban or rural as an indicator
Noise disturbances show the number of incidents with a final call type of disturb and contains the keyword 'noise' in the incident comment field
Noise complaints show the number of incidents where the final call type was Nuis-Noise
