Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) places two duties on public authorities. Caveat: Data includes only those offences disposed of by means of a Fixed Penalty and is for Speeding Offences only. Offences can take up to 3 months to dispose, therefore, data for the last 3 months of 2020 has been excluded as it is incomplete.
