Most speeding offences are dealt with by way of Fixed Penalty Notice or Driver Awareness Training and only where the case is disputed and goes to court would a “fine” be issued. You may wish to directly approach the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) who hold data regarding speeding fines, fine income and prosecutions – please see below link:
