Having completed enquiries within Essex Police in respect of Section 1(1)(a), Essex Police does hold information relating to your request.  Under Section 1(1)(b) the below has been provided in relation to your request: This data is correct as at 15th February 2021.

3 offences were recorded in the year 2020 where threats to kill offences made using Facebook.

• SUSPECT NAMED HAS THREATENED THE VICTIM VIA FACEBOOK MESSENGER STATING IT WOULD BE SERIOUS AND ONE OF THEM WOULD BE DEAD.
  
  
• SUSPECT NAMED HAS THREATENED TO KILL THE VICTIM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS IN PERSON AND OVER FACEBOOK MESSENGER CAUSING THE VICTIM TO FEAR FOR HIS LIFE.
  
  
• SUSPECT NAMED HAS SENT THE VICTIM THREATS OVER TEXT MESSAGE FACEBOOK MESSENGER AND THROUGH VOICE NOTES FROM SUSPECT.
