Can I please request data showing the number of caravan drivers who have been given a traffic offence report for driving in the third lane of any motorways in your area.

Please can you provide this information for the last five years.

If it is not possible to distinguish whether or not the vehicle was a caravan, can I please have data showing the number of vehicles drawing a trailer who have been given a traffic offence report for the same reason.

Do you actually require those offences dealt with via a Conditional Offer ("Points and a Fine" also known as a "Fixed Penalty Notice") or all offences, regardless of disposal type.
