Common occurrences of medical fails include:
  • Not being clear from having taken anti-depressants for 2 years and leading a normally stressful life prior to application.
  • Body Mass Index outside normal range - 18 to 30 (whilst this will not mean you have failed, it will require further information, investigation and assessment and could result in your application being put on hold or rejected)

As part of the recruitment process you will need to supply references for the past 3 years. We will contact these once you have been successful at assessment centre. All references must be satisfactory before we can offer you a role. If you have applied to, or worked for any police force previously, we will need references to cover the period you worked for them.
