Pitsea: Appeal after man found injured in the street

We are investigating after a man was found injured in a street in Pitsea last night, Tuesday 4 August.
We were called to Rectory Park Drive shortly before 7.50pm.
We arrived and found a man had sustained injuries to his face, head and torso and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
We are investigating the circumstances around the incident and we believe he was the victim of an assault.
No arrests have been made and our enquiries are ongoing.
Anyone who witnessed suspicious behaviour in the area around the time of the incident or who has Ring doorbell footage of the street should submit a report online or use the 'Live Chat' button to speak to an online operator between 7am-11pm.
