Abridge: Man due in court next month over fatal collision

A man is due in court next month in connection with a fatal collision in Abridge.
Fifty-five year-old Eileen Tyler died following a collision with a car in London Road on Thursday 20 January this year.
Brian Berkin, 61, of Bowes Drive, Ongar was arrested.
He has now been summonsed to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on 18 January 2023 to face a charge of causing death by careless driving.
