The family of a man who died following a collision in Stapleford Tawney have paid tribute to him.
Our officers were called at around 1.30pm on Sunday 27 February following reports of a serious collision at Tawney Lane, near Passingford Bridge, involving two cars and a motorcycle.
Sadly the motorcycle rider, 26-year-old Jagjivan Chana from Middlesex, died at the scene.
In a tribute, Mr Chana’s family said:
“Jivan, as he was known, was a dearly loved son, brother, partner, dear friend and esteemed colleague to everyone that knew him.
“Jivan worked as a Modelling Analyst.
“Jivan left a lasting impression with whomever he crossed paths, young and old alike.
“He lived a life of determination, ambition, joy and laughter. He was a loving, caring son.
“He had a zest for life and adventure, whether it be skydiving, swimming with sharks or a beautiful ride on his motorbike.
“His spirit lives on through all the hearts he has touched.
“All the family members and friends will greatly miss Jivan very much.”
