A man has been charged with burglary in connection with a break in in Colchester earlier this week.
An address in Maidenburgh was broken into between 12.30am and 9am on Wednesday (28 September) and alcohol was stolen.
Philip Spicer, 52, of Haven Road, Colchester was arrested the following day and has now been charged with burglary.
He’s due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 30 September).
