Dunmow: Appeal for witnesses following fatal collision

Officers were called to The Broadway in Dunmow at around 5pm on Wednesday, 16 August following reports of a collision involving a car and a motorbike.

The motorcyclist sadly died at the scene. 

His family have been told and are receiving support.

Officers from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit are continuing to investigate the circumstances around the collision.

We are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of the collision at the time or any drivers with dashcam footage who were nearby to get in contact with us, quoting incident 1024 of 16 August.
