A man has been charged with arson, in connection with an ongoing investigation into a fire in Harlow.
Emergency services were called to North House in Bush Fair shortly before 8:40pm on Monday, 4 December following report of a fire in the building.
The fire is being treated as arson and a man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Dean Arnold, 37 of Potters Field, Harlow has since been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
He will next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on 3 January 2024.
