A man has been charged with drug offences after a warrant was executed at an address in Southend High Street.
Officers from south Disruptor and our Operational Support Group attended the address shortly before 8am yesterday, 8 February.
As officers entered the address, members of our drones team which were supporting the warrant were able to see a man on the roof of the property.
A short time later, a man was arrested by officers at the scene.
During a search of the property, about 100 cannabis plants were located.
Fabiol Tusha, 31, of Cline Road, London, N11, has been charged with cultivation of cannabis.
He is due to appear in Southend Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday 9 February.
