We are appealing for witnesses or footage of a collision in Basildon which left a moped rider needing hospital treatment.
It was reported a white car was in collision with a moped at the junction of Whitmore Way and Pendle Drive shortly before 5.30pm on Thursday (19 January).
It is believed the car may have deliberately driven at the moped and failed to stop at the scene.
The rider of the moped was taken to hospital for treatment.
