Colchester: Man sustains potentially serious injury in assault

We are appealing for witnesses and information about an assault in Colchester which has left a man with a potentially serious injury.

It was reported two men had been assaulted in Caelum Drive, The Hythe, shortly before 10.55pm yesterday (Saturday 21 January).

One of the men has sustained injuries to his face while the other has been left with a potentially serious internal injury.

We believe there were people who saw what happened and we need them to contact us.
