We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a teenage cyclist was left with a broken collarbone following a collision in Loughton on Tuesday 18 July.
We were called about 5pm to reports of a collision between a cyclist and a dark coloured car or van.
The vehicle failed to stop at the scene and the cyclist, a young teenager, sustained a broken collarbone and was taken to hospital.
