A man is due to be sentenced later this month over multiple theft offences in connection with an investigation into a series incidents at a supermarket in Rayleigh.
Items were stolen from the Asda in Rawreth Lane between 1 and 24 February.
Wayne Sullivan, 42, of no fixed address was arrested on 24 February.
He has now been charged with 13 counts of theft and two counts of possession of a blade or sharp pointed article in a public place.
He appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on 1 March where he admitted the charges.
He’s due to be sentenced at Basildon Crown Court on 31 March.
