Officers investigating a collision in Woodham Mortimer last month area appealing for anyone with information about it to come forward.
It involved a bicycle and a silver Ford Focus, with a licence plate beginning with an ‘L’, in Tom Tit Lane at around 1.40pm on 15 October.
The cyclist sustained a fractured collar bone and the car left the scene.
