A man has died following a collision in Harlow overnight.
We were called to reports a vehicle had left the road and come to stop in a river in Burnt Mill Lane shortly after 10pm yesterday (Thursday 21 September).
Two people – both men in their 20s – were pulled out of the vehicle and taken to hospital.
Sadly, one of the men has died.
The other remains in a serious condition.
At this stage we don’t believe another vehicle was involved but we are investigating the circumstances which led up to the incident.
