We are appealing for information following two incidents in Harwich which we believe are linked.
The first was an aggravated burglary in Vansittart Street where it was reported three men forced their way into an address and confronted a man inside with a knife.
The second took place a short time later in Nelson Road where two men were approached and had their bag stolen.
Both incidents took place between 9.30pm and 10pm on Thursday (28 September) and we believe the suspects are the same in each.
The men are described as by aged between 18 and 25 and wearing dark-coloured clothing with hoods up.
They were also seen getting into a grey Mercedes saloon car and we’re keen to trace that vehicle.
If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
