South Woodham Ferrers: Two seriously injured in collision

We are investigating a collision in South Woodham Ferrers which has left two people with serious injuries.

A black and gold Vincent Blackshadow motorbike left the road in Woodham Road at around 1pm yesterday (Saturday 2 September).

The rider, a man in his 70s, sustained a serious injury, while the pillion passenger, a woman in her 80s, sustained injuries described as life-threatening.

They are both currently in hospital.
