Detectives investigating a fatal collision in Waltham Abbey are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage.
Along with other emergency services, we were called to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and van on Woodridden Hill (A121) at 5.25am on Wednesday 8 May.
The motorcyclist, a 19-year-old man, was taken on to hospital with serious injuries and has sadly since died.
The road was closed for a number of hours while investigations were carried out at the scene.
Our enquiries continue and officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the collision or have any dashcam footage from the A121 in the minutes before the collision.
