Officers investigating a fatal collision in Cock Clarks have now identified a witness they had wanted to speak to.
The incident involved a BMW which left the road travelling from Cock Clarks towards Cold Norton, in Hackmans Lane, at 2.30pm on Sunday 24 November.
Three people have been taken to hospital, one with serious injuries.
Sadly, a 38-year-old man died at the scene.
We had issued an appeal to locate a driver of a car we believed may have witnessed the collision.
We have now been contacted by the witness we were seeking in relation to this collision who has provided a statement and our investigation is ongoing.
We want to thank the public for their support with this appeal.
