Four men have been charged as part of an ongoing investigation into a network involved in the widescale supply of cocaine and cannabis.
Warrants were executed at five addresses across Canvey, Basildon and Westcliff. Cocaine with a five-figure street value and a large quantity of cash were seized.
The team of officers who target organised crime groups (OCGs), drug dealing and the associated violence in the district, have been building a case against a drugs line involved in supplying the Class A and B substances in Canvey Island since at least 2019.
