A man has been charged with a string of offences as part of an investigation into a series of shop thefts and assaults in Thurrock.
The investigation relates to incidents between 19 October last year and 22 January this year in a number of locations including Chafford Hundred and the Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Karolis Stepanabicius, 37, of Maunder Close, Chafford Hundred was arrested on 22 January and has now been charged with:
