If you use British Sign Language (BSL), you can now contact Essex Police through a service called Convo for non-emergencies.
Convo is a free service that connects you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. This makes it easier to report a crime or share information in a way that works best for you.
If the police need to contact you, they can also use Convo too. If you’re not available, they can leave you a video message.
