How the recruitment and application process work
The application form will require you to fill in your personal details and will give you the option to submit ethnic and disability details. We will also expect you to detail:
- your reasons and motivations for applying
- what your understanding is and expectations are of joining us
- what research and/or actions you may have undertaken to help better prepare you for life as a Essex police officer
