Plan and direct the implementation of the Emergency Services Network and other related activities, across the 7 Forces, to achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, budget and legal compliance of the programme, ensuring the delivery of new capabilities (products, services, policy, processes etc.) from programme / projects is to time, cost and quality in accordance with the programme plan.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or specific relevant experience.
Project or programme management qualifications e.g. MSP or similar.
Proven successful experience of managing complex business change.
Experience of developing and maintaining project plans.
A working knowledge of risk management strategies including risk registers and action tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders in a clear, concise and understandable way.
Must be highly-motivated, innovative and flexible with excellent time management skills.
Must be capable of good communications at all levels.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision even when under pressure.
Self-motivated and well organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
